Wow! Hey my babes, it’s been forever since I have even wrote a blog, and of course if you follow me on instagram you know I am a new mommy to be and wow this has been some journey, I would love to do an update for you all, my plan was to blog my journey but it’s been so tough adjusting being pregnant and working. So I decided to take my off days and go visit Austin,Tx which has to be one of the coolest places. You come here and some how just feel so inspired by the way of life and all the cool places here. So this is my first fashion blog since being preggers. It was definitely tough adjusting to my body and learning the new angles. Friend Duo: The Boot Edit

Hey babes! Thank you guys so much for the love on my last post/collab with my sister!! So today I’m here with another power duo!!! My best friend Aj! We have known each other for years and seeing each other evolve is awesome! We both have interest in the same things so while out to dinner we decided to shoot some photos for you all! I’m so glad I get to feature my favorites in my blog! Shooting with them is so much fun and I love seeing each and everyone’s style come together! I love these styling duos!

I always loved to play dress up , ever since I was little , I would play in my moms makeup all the time .

As I got older I’ve learn that what you wear says a lot about a person , if they are chill, edgy, classy ,sexy ... it’s all about confidence , making a statement  And rocking it effortlessly 😌

Sister Duo: Styling Blazers

Hey babes! Back with a post and I’m super excited because this one is a collab with my sister. Everyone knows my sister is my best friend! We are so close and have similar interest! And we just get each other. I’m so glad god blessed me with such an amazing sister! Well I was visiting her and we always help each other shoot our content and we decided to do it together! It was so awesome and fun shooting with her. If you know my sister personally you know her vibe is just amazing! She makes me laugh 24/7! We both decided to style blazers! Blazers are a classic item which means they NEVER go out of style and is always an essential piece to any wardrobe! So we styled them a few different ways, of course you can tweak this to your liking. When blogging I sometimes go over board because this is my outlet to show my true styling and some things may not be ideal for an “everyday” outfit.

Lets Talk Affordable Trendy Accessores

Hey babes back with another post, so I know in last post I was talking about shopping addictions and how to not spend so much money, well sis I'm here to help you out. you all know I'm not about the hype of buying high ends things cause I mean come on its just not realistic. so I'm here to save your wallets. You don't always need expensive things to look expensive. Honestly its a skill if you can make non expensive items look expensive. so I recently purchased these adorable earrings and I know you have seen the recent trend of big chunky earrings but they have a sort of a minimal and elegant feel to them. Well hunny I'm obsessed. I feel so fab. there's nothing like some good accessories to spice up any outfit so inspired by my earrings I created a little shopping widget for you guys to check out the latest trend and to shop similar earrings to mine.

Is social media turning you into a shopaholic?

Okay guys.. so here’s the real discussion we need to be having with yourself and your peers around you.. the true thing is nowadays it’s all about what you and materialistic items.. social media has spun out of control (bot saying I dislike it.. cause I obviously don’t) but it has raised the question in my head.. does this make you want to “live above your means” or try to be something you aren’t, yes half of us just have a passion for this stuff or it’s your job if you work in social media but do you find yourself trying to constantly keep up and ball out of control? Well folks... it happens. I find myself asking this question on the daily.. what is the point? Yes we all love to look fab and just have nice things.. I mean that’s what we work hard for.. but does it come to a point where you over do it? Or constantly find yourself stuck in this mindset where you just have to constantly have things? Well I’m sure. I’m guilty to this many of times. But I think it’s time to come to a realization of life and actual things. My mom tells me all the time.. “save for a rainy day!” Well folks being an adult sucks and it is hard because you want nice things. But I believe the level social media is at today makes us want nice things. You constantly get on insta or Twitter and just see people “living their best lives” and well darn it I want to as well. But you have to set boundaries and know where you stand. I constantly find myself researching items to purchase with me next check or adding a bazillion things to my wish list where I become obsessed... then once it’s done I’m like this did nothing for me but make me want to spend more money.. so how do you get out of this mindset? Well old habits die hard but I challenge you all to just look around you.. you are blessed my friend. Even if you just have a phone to look at.. you may not have all the money in the world.. but one thing for sure material things don’t define you. Taking a break from social is is hard because it like.. what else do I do? Well just don’t become obsessed where you feel you need to adjust your life to fit theirs. I have to constantly tell myself this while trying to be on social media and be an “influencer” or whatever you would like to call it. I know this is so hard and everyone just wants nice things but remember what you have infront of you before you just get so deep in that you can’t handle it all. I’m writing this to help you and help myself I am very guilty to this trying to be up to date with the trends. So hopefully this help you and me! Set goals for yourself and set a budget don’t ball out of control just for the show.. align your priorities.
